I add a tea glass of warm water and 1 tea glass of warm milk into the kneading bowl. The tea glass size I used is 125 ml. I add 1 packet of yeast and 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar. I mix all the ingredients well with the help of a spatula.

The important trick here is that your milk and water are warm. Otherwise, your yeast will not be activated. I add a tea glass of olive oil into the kneading bowl . You can also use flower oil if you want, it doesn’t matter. It’s really delicious with all of them.
