Knead the dough until it has a smooth consistency. get a soft, non sticky dough. The dough will look like this. divide the dough into two parts. follow the steps in the video. Set aside one of the dough we prepared. Roll out the remaining dough with flour. Roll out 30cm and set aside.

Roll out the remaining dough to the same size. give triangular shapes as in the video. Put the stuffing in the places we marked. I used a mixture of cheese and parsley. You can put any interior material you want. Put the first rolled dough on top. press the edges firmly.

Cut the edges with a knife. cut where you marked. Put the dough you cut on the tray. After preparing them all in this way, proceed to the frying process. pour a lot of oil in the pan and heat it. Put the dough in the well-heated oil.

Pour oil on it as in the video. Turn the fried dough. Turn it constantly so that it cooks evenly. Remove from pan after both sides are thoroughly fried. cook all remaining dough in the same way. very easy and practical to make. This is the most delicious breakfast recipe I’ve ever made.
