Lavash Welcome to Mutevazi Lezzetler video pages! at this episode, we are sharing a kind of bread recipe, it is “Lavash” let’s see the ingredients right now, then we will see how to cook it 1/2 pack of yeast enough flour 2 tbsp sunflower oil 2 cups warm water 1 tsp granulated sugar

And 1 + 1/2 tsp salt after the list, I’m starting by kneading the dough I’m pouring 2 cups of warm water in a deep bowl 1/2 pack of yeast, you may use instant yeast also and I’m adding 1 tsp sugar and mixing until the sugar dissolves

The yeast also dissolves, so I’m adding 2 tbsp sunflower oil and 1 + 1/2 tsp salt I’m adding some flour, without making the dough too hard the dough has reached the right consistency well, I’m covering it and resting at room temperature for about 1 hour 1 hour later

The dough is rested and it has grown up nicely I’m removing the air in it I’ve kneaded it by adding some flour well, I’ll divide the dough into 12 equal pieces I may roll it out now it will not be too thin, nor too thick

I’m rolling out into the size of the tray that is enough, now I’ll roll it around the rolling pin and place into the tray I have heated the skillet without any oil addition now, I’m placing the rolled out lavash into the skillet carefully

I’m shaking the skillet over low heat time to time, as you see it’s swelling when it turns to red, I’ll reverse it lower side is cooked with low pink color, I’m reversing that is enough for cooking the other side also cooked well, I’m placing into the service plate now

And keeping on cooking the other lavash breads by the same method the last one is cooked also, they are ready to serve they are properly cooked you may place cheese or kebap on the middle and then wrap it and eat with pleasure hope to see you again, bye
