1/3 cup of sunflower oil 1 tbsp tomato paste black pepper salt for the upper side; 1 cup of yogurt 2 eggs 2 tbsp flour some salt and 1 cup of grated kasar cheese as you can see… all of the ingredients at the list are very common and easy to find…

It is also easy to cook we can start by chopping the onions we have 2 onions… you can chop it however you want… I’m dicing… dicing process is over now… I’m placing the pieces into the pot now I’m adding the meat on it, without roasting it before

And I’m placing the pot over the stove I’m mixing it… the pot is getting hotter… I’m pouring the oil into the pot… it should just touch the pot, not the ingredients when the oil gets hotter a little bit, we can mix it

I’ll cook it by stirring time to time, until the meat gives its broth and soaks again while roasting the meat… we can chop up the other ingredients… I’m chopping up the carrot at first, because it is the hardest one… I’m dicing it the carrot is chopped up now…

We have used just 1 carrot… but if you like the carrot too much… you can use more we have a few peppers… I’ve removed their seeds… now, I’m trying to chop them up very finely I’m chopping the tomatoes very finely… it was the last ingredient the tomatoes are chopped up also…

They are peeled also now, you can add it onto the mixture the mixture becomes more juicy… we can add the carrot… I’ll add pepper and tomato into the mixture respectively … with 5 minutes of waiting, after each addition we have 1 tbsp tomato paste… and then, urgently… I’m adding 3 tomatoes

I’m trying not to add water… I think that the tomato juice will be enough now we can cover the lid of the pot… and cook it over medium heat for 20 minutes cooking time is over now… I2m adding the salt and black pepper finely

I’ll remove the pot from the stove in a few minutes I’m mixing it once more… well then, we can turn off the heat while the vapor of the mixture rains… we can prepare the mixture of upper side… we are starting by breaking the eggs Albania has a national meal…

“Elbasan Tava”, our meal seems too much to it I’m adding 1 cup of yogurt… onto the eggs 2 tbsp flour… some salt… I’m whisking it, until the mixture smoothens yes, it is smooth now I’m putting this mixture aside for a while we can get these two mixture together in the tray now

The vapor of the mixture has gone… now I’m placing it into the tray and flattening it… I’m pouring the mixture of yogurt which I’ve prepared… over carefully it does not cover the lower mixture totally but it is ok, it seems better I’m adding the remaining mixture also… finally…

To make upper the upper side seem red I’m sprinkling grated kasar cheese all over I’m placing the tray into the oven which is preheated to 392F I’ll cook it, until the kasar cheese melts and turns into pink Trakya Tavasý is taken from the oven, its surface is red, and seems very nice…
