Diğer hamurlar gibi yoğurmamızın ve kaynar suda yapmamızın sebebi yagda kızartınca yağ çekmemesi ve kıyır kıyır olması içindir. Diğer poğaçalar kadar zaman alır hatta daha az zaman alır ve ic harcını istediğiniz gibi yapabilirsiniz. Neyi zor geldi anlamadım.
