Casserole Chicken with Artichoke hello, from Mütevazi Lezzetler kitchen with love and respects in this section we will share a chicken meal recipe besides we will add artichoke namely we will share yani “Casserole Chicken with Artichoke” recipe but as always we do firstly ingredients 800 grams filet of chicken 5 cleaned artichokes 1 onion

3 cloves of garlic 4 green peppers 4 tomatoes 1 teaglass of olive oil and 1 taespoon of salt now we learned the ingredients we can start cooking as always we do let’s start with chopping onions now leave them to the side of platter and we don’t chop the chicken in too little pieces

Just divide in a few pieces we chopped the chicken, now let’s go near pan to bake we put the pan on the fire we leave the half of the olive oil present ofcourse we wait it to be heated we place the chickens on the pan

Chickens will not be baked they will only get white that is to say that they will heal over we will roast for a short time as you see it isn’t baked, we add onion too we mix we roast until onion is baked but not too much

By the way we continue with chopping the other gredients we get artichoke wait in water with lemon we will divide in afew pieces quickly as you recognise i have changed the platter on which i have chopped the chicken we push the chopped into water again to embarrass them getting dark

Yes they wait for a short time more we have taken the seeds of the peppers we divide from the centre if it is thick divide again and chop largely now it is the turn of tomatoes we peeled the tomatoes not very small, we chop largely as it will able to be seen

Now finally we will chop the garlics as you wish, you may not use mince garlics now it is time to push artichokes on the pan we go near the pan to push the artichokes as you see the onions became transparent but didn’t bake completely at this step we add the artichokes

We roast for a short time them together, not too much that’s enough, we turn off the fire and go near the casserole now it is time to get ingredients together we have such a small, sweety, and covered casserole as you remember we had half of the olive oil

We pour again half of it we add the half of the mixture in to the casserole ofcourse with its water, because it didn’t bake completely, it didn’t boil away now some salt 62 00:05:49,040 –> 00:05:52,040 the half of the pepper the half of the tomato

And we leave the half of the garlic too and we put the mixture with chicken and artichoke on it we fix and we continue the same processes pepper, garlic… tomato… and salt we pour the remain olive oil over top of it and some hot water about 1 glass now cover the casserole

We give it to the oven which is heated at 190 degrees 10 minutes before we bake at least for an hour after one and a half hour casserole is taken out from the oven, we have waited for a half hour without opening the cover now open the cover, wonderful
