Foreign You’re probably wondering what did I just see well that was a Cadbury caramel egg in a freeze dryer made by Harvest Right it pulls all the moisture out of food using a vacuum and a heating element and when it does that all of the caramel expands radically look at this
It’s a giant caramel puff that’s messy but delicious chocolate doesn’t really have any water in it so it doesn’t do much except melted what else should we freeze dry we can do all kinds of stuff

you're supposed to have stuff already frozen when you put it in the freeze dryer so it doesnt poof up like that

A few ideas for the freeze dryer: Raw bacon (fry afterward, test difference). Overcooked spaghetti (and rehydrate with sauce). Wood (test texture, weight, flammability vs non freezedried). Various fruit juices fresh squeezed vs store bought (test difference). Milk and/or cream.
