180 derece alt üst ayarlı fırında pişirin.

Dear viewers and followers, welcome to my kitchen. ???????? Very easy to make and very tasty chicken siron recipe. Half chicken. About 2 liters of water and salt. Boil the chicken meat. 5 fresh daily phyllo. Fold the edges. Wrap the dough, but not too often. Apply water to prevent the edges from opening.

The dough should be completely cold. Wait until you take it out of the oven. Pour the warm chicken stock over the phyllo dough. I prefer to use it after straining the chicken broth. 450 ml chicken broth (2.5 cups) It will absorb all the water, don’t worry.  

Butter and oil for topping. Paprika, red chili powder. Pour plenty of garlic yoghurt on the phyllo dough that has completely absorbed the sauce. I add boiled chicken meat. You can use this recipe as a main course or as a hot appetizer.
