Portakalın üst kapağını kesin suyunun bir kısmını sıkın içini bir kaşık yardımıyla tamamen oyarak çıkartın. Portakalı alüminyum folyo üzerinde ocağın en küçük gözüne koyun, kahve, şeker ve suyu içine edip karıştırın karıştırma işlemini arada tekrarlayın. Çünkü; portakal kendi suyunu saldığı için taşma riski yüksek arada köpüğünü fincana alarak kaynamasını bekleyin.
