  2. That's $250 worth of oxtail in a normal grocery store. Luckily I have found a couple small town slaughter houses that sells them really cheap when they have em. So everyone there is your hint on where to look, BUT DO NOT disclose where u get them, your friends will drive up the price, that happened to me on my 1st location. I was getting them for 2.59lb I told 1 person and that did it. Price went up to 8.99lb within a year because errrrbody and they momma started going there. I found another spot and it's staying a secret.

  3. Ooh yum! My mother use to make her own crackling when we were kids just like her mom in NC. I can't wait to get a bag and do that with the beans! You better believe I'm getting that potato slicer too! Unfortunately, In my area it's between 22 to 27 dollars for a package of 2 medium size pieces and the tips. Ridiculous for cow tails! Thanks for sharing! 👍🏽 Everything had my mouth watering! Dee, NY

  4. Love it Love it Love it! 💗Your channel is so enjoyable to watch you learn something new on every video never a duel moment. Wow! That cranberry sauce look 🔥 definitely looks better than any can cranberry and what an easy way to make gravy awesome because I don’t like the can gravy. Most people don’t cook like this any more and they should because Homemade cooking is nothing but the absolute Best. Blessings to you Thanks Chef I’m glad I came across your channel 😁

  5. I love black-eyed peas, and I’ll order them in a restaurant in Denver called “The Black-Eyed Pea,” but I’ve never made them on my own! Not sure if you caught it before when I mentioned it, but my brother gave me an InstaPot for Christmas. I have no clue how to use it. Lol! What can I cook in it that only makes enough for one or two people? I love the way you make the gravy. I have seen you do it like this once before, and thought then how easy and incredible it looked. I wonder what it tastes like with olive oil? I’ve never seen the peas served with pork rinds, or green onion! Not thinking I would eat pork rinds, but they look good on the peas! I can see how this is considered comfort food! I’ve been a bit under the weather. I came down with this nasty cough and cold that I can’t seem to shake. It’s been cold here, too. Those cranberries look exactly like what I need to get better! Have a great day, my friend! Stay warm and be blessed!

  6. Hey, everything looks good….😋…that’s a new spin on oxtails. I’ve never seen them prepared that way before. I’ll have to try your way. And you can never go wrong with black eyed peas and bacon and fresh cranberry sauce, yummy! I usually see oxtails cooked in gravy and then served on top of rice or mashed potatoes. Have you ever had them that way? They’re yummy also….😋…And you’re like my brother from another mother, because I like to eat pork rinds and cracklings also with my meals…❤️…I like to substitute them for fatback meat lol
