The necessary ingredients for our dough are half a glass of oil, 3 tablespoons of yogurt, as you can see it was not very peaked, one egg white, let’s set aside one egg yolk to spread on it, 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, let’s mix them all well, in other words, let’s combine all the ingredients, by the way, I would like to mention that the spices I added add maximum flavor to your pastry, I would also like to mention that after mixing them all well, we have 2.5 cups of flour, let’s add a packet of baking powder to it, let’s mix it well with a wire whisk, in other words, let the baking powder be evenly distributed everywhere, we add 125 grams of soft butter to our previously prepared mixture, I divided it as much as possible because it had not reached room temperature, I add 2.5 cups of flour, I roughly gather it with a wooden spoon and start kneading with my hands. Let me state right away we use 2.5 cups maximum 3 cups of flour you can balance this flour according to the size of your eggs how watery your yogurt is I roughly gathered I start kneading with my hand like this we are preparing a wonderful pastry dough that is quite nice medium soft and can be easily shaped look my dear friends the consistency should be like this now let’s take small balls from the dough we have prepared I think I took exactly 27 pieces of 27 pieces you can adjust the size according to yourself you can make it even smaller or you can make it even bigger I prepare all the balls on the counter by mixing them in the same way I took one ball like this I open it by pressing it with my hand I add a very small cube of kashar cheese inside and close it I turn the other side and fix it by the way I would like to state right away I added kashar cheese but my dear friends the kashar cheese I used was so oily that it disappeared in between when cooked so I recommend tulum cheese or white cheese there is no problem with the crumbling only the cheese kashar cheese melted too much or you can use half fat kashar all the pastries in the same way I opened it with my hand, add the cheese in the middle, close both sides very tightly so that the cheese does not melt and flow from the edges, after closing it well , let’s line them all up on a baking tray that we have lined up with greaseproof paper, so that the closed part is facing downwards, and I made all our pastries in the same way, you know we had one egg yolk, we add a tablespoon of milk to it and open it nicely, let’s spread it nicely on the pastries, the biggest advantage of this pastry is that it is not yeasted, you can knead it and make it right away, and my dear friends, I guarantee its crispiness with the permission of Allah, it has a magnificent crispiness, it lasts for days, after applying the egg yolk, let’s make lines on it with a fork without piercing the pastry too much, look, I showed it from a close-up, and I finish the recipe by sprinkling some black cumin in the middle, and we made a tray of crispy pastries, they are ready to go to the oven without yeast , let’s send it to bake in a preheated oven, top and bottom setting 190 degrees, 30, maximum 35 degrees, I cooked it for exactly 30 minutes, and my dear friends, at the end of 30 minutes, they were so beautiful I can’t tell you, it’s like you bought it ready-made from the patisserie, in fact, for me, it’s more about the taste and crunchiness when you bite into this type of pastry than the appearance, you know, like this, how should I say, there’s a butter smell, a spice smell and it’s crunchy, please let me know when you try it as a comment, I prepared it as a presentation, I’m showing it like this and I’m moving on to the texture test with great pleasure, my dear friends, today I have prepared for you a very easy, very practical, crunchy pastry recipe that you can knead right away and put in the oven, it was a recipe you’ve been waiting for, I immediately moved on to the texture test, can you see, it’s crunchy, like this, in fact, when I made this pastry, we were going to my brother’s, we were invited, I took it there and they thought I bought it from a patisserie, I mean, its aromatic content is also very nice, its crunchiness is simply great, please let me know when you try it as a comment because I get very happy when I read your comments, I’ll do a texture test again I already made it.
