Hamsi (1,5 kg).
Mısır unu (200 gr).

Sıvı yağ.

Pilav için:
3 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ (30 ml).
1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı (10 gr).
1 tane soğan.
1 tane havuç.
1,5 su bardağı pirinç (225 gr).
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz (8 gr).
1 çay kaşığı kuru nane (4 gr).
1 yemek kaşığı kuş üzümü.
3 su bardağı sıcak su (600 ml).
2-3 dal maydanoz.
