2 dilim ekmek

-Bir kaba süzme yoğurdu koyun. Üzerine ezilmiş sarımsağı ve tuzu ilave edin. Karıştırın.
-Hazırladığınız sarımsaklı yoğurdunuzu bir tabağa aktarın.
-Bir tencerede suyu kaynatın. Kaynamaya başladıktan sonra altını kısın, sirkeyi ve tuzu ekleyin.
-Kaynayan suyu bir kaşık yardımıyla saat yönüne doğru hızlıca karıştırarak girdap olmasını sağlayın.
-Yumurtaları nazikçe girdabın ortasına bırakın ve dağılmalarına izin vermemek için ortasında toplanmasını sağlayın.
-Yaklaşık 3-4 dakika bekledikten sonra yumurtaları bir kevgir yardımıyla suyun içinden alın. Fazla suyu varsa bir peçete yardımıyla nazikçe suyunu alabilirsiniz.
-Yumurtaları hazırladığınız sarımsaklı yoğurdun üzerine yerleştirin.
-Tereyağını bir tavada eritip toz biberi, naneyi ve pul biberi ekleyin. Karıştırın ve hafifçe köpürmeye başladığında ateşten alın.

Nesi cig, suda pişiyor işte, asitli marin balıklardan daha iyi pisiyor, btw bizim gunluk tukettiğimiz degil sarayin gunluk tüketimi yoksa biz avam olarak otlara sagliksiz yasamaya ortalama yasam suresi 30la yasamaya devam etmisiz 😀
