Cheese stuffed pepper fries
Ingredients;
10-15 village peppers
200 gr curd cheese
100 gr white cheese
1 pinch parsley
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
Half teaspoon salt
For the sauce
2 grated tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preparation
After washing the peppers, remove their seeds
Mix the cheese mixture we prepared and fill them
Put the pan on the stove, pour half a tea glass of oil
and fry the peppers in the heated oil, put them on a serving plate and pour the sauce we prepared
