Ev usulü tarifimizle yapacağınız lahmacunlar kebapçılarda yediğimiz orjinal, gerçek lahmacunlara taş çıkartır cinsten olacak. Fırında yaptığımız kıymalı nefis lahmacunla misafirlerinizi de şaşırtacaksınız.

Lahmacun Tarifi İçin Malzemeler
300 Gr kıyma (orta yağlı)
6 adet hazır lavaş
1 tane kuru soğan (orta boy)
2 tane domates (orta boy)
2 diş sarımsak (orta boy)
bir tutam maydanoz
3 adet sivri biber (büyük boy)
1 tatlı kaşığı domates salçası (tepeleme)
1 tatlı kaşığı biber salçası (tepeleme)
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1 çay kaşığı kırmızı pul biber
1 çay kaşığı isot
yarım çay kaşığı karabiber
Hello to everyone. Welcome to my channel. Today I want to share a practical lahmacun recipe. We won’t bother with rolling dough like that. We will make a practical lahmacun from ready-made lavash. But it is much more delicious than many lahmacuns we eat from outside. I gave the exact measurements of the filling.

You can make your own lahmacun practically at home. If you’re ready, let’s move on to building it. Let’s start our recipe by preparing the filling of lahmacun. Let’s grate one dried onion. Then, let’s grate two tomatoes. Finally, let’s grate two cloves of garlic. Let’s pour the grated ones into a deep bowl.

After finely chopping a pinch of parsley, let’s put it in the mixing bowl. Let’s chop three chili peppers and put them in our bowl. Let’s add a teaspoon of tomato paste and a teaspoon of pepper paste on it and mix.

Then add 300 grams of ground beef, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of red paprika, 1 teaspoon of isot, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. And let’s knead lightly with our hands until the ingredients mix together. Our filling is ready. We can put it aside. I take the ready lavash on the counter.

I pour the grout I prepared on it and distribute it all over with my hand. I put the lahmacun I prepared on the baking tray. Let’s apply water so that the edges do not dry too much. Let’s cook it in a preheated 240 degree oven for about 10 minutes in a controlled manner.

Our Lahmacun came out of the oven. With these measurements, we can get 6 lahmacun. You can cook and serve each in the same way. In this video, we made wonderful lahmacuns that are much more delicious than those you eat outside. It tastes as flawless as it looks.
