Yapılışı
Öncelikle sütümüzün içerisine maya ve tuz katılarak karıştırılır. Daha sonra unu da azar azar ekleyerek yumuşak kıvamlı bir hamur elde edilir.Yoğrulan hamur 1 saat mayalanmaya bırakılır. Mayalanan hamurdan portakal büyüklüğünde bezeler yapılır 5 dakika üzüeri örtülü şekilde dinlendirilir.Bezeler teker teker oklava ile açılır. Daha sonra ilk açılan yufkanın üzerine sıvı yağ sürülür. İkinci yufka üstüne serilir. Yufkanın üzeri de tekrardan yağlanır ve kapatma işlemi özellikle video da anlatıldığı gibi yapılır. İç harcından bir avuç konulur zarf şekli verilip kapatılır. Elimiz ile bastırılarak hamur büyütülür.(Bu işlemi oklava ile yapmayınız). Daha sonra yağlı kağıt tepsiye konulur. Üzerine yumurta sarısı sürülerek çatal batırılır. Önceden ısıtılmış 200 derecelik alt üst ayarlı fırında üzeri kızarana kadar pişirilir.
