This is how I cut it. You can cut it to any size you want. After I cut them all in my hand, I cut them to the length, leaving 3 fingers ajar. In the meantime, we put our oil on the stove and make it hot.

We will fry our pancakes in sufficiently hot oil. Otherwise, it may absorb the oil completely. I want to show you the size of the dough. This thickness is enough for us. We throw our bagels, which we cut into pieces, into the oil that is sufficiently heated .
