Bugün sizlere Sivas yöresine ait çok lezzetli tam kıvamında kömbe tarifi hazırladım. Kömbeyi yapmak çok kolay lezzeti de gerçekten çok güzel. Sizi mahcup etmeyecek, tarifimin tüm detaylarını videomda en ince ayrıntısına kadar paylaştım. İnşallah sizde denediğinizde çok beğeneceksiniz.

///Kullandığım su bardağı ölçüsü: 200 ml
///Kullandığım çay bardağı ölçüsü: 125 ml

MALZEMELER:

2,5 su bardağı süt (500gr)
2 yumurta ( Birisi sarısı dışına)
250 gram tere yağ
1 su bardağı sıvı yağ (180gr)
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz (5gr)
1 tatlı kaşığı toz şeker (5gr)
1 paket kabartma tozu (10gr)
11 su bardağı un(1100gr un)

Hello my dear Viewers and Followers. BINNUR’S KITCHEN Welcome to my Channel and Kitchen. Today, I have prepared a very delicious and full-flavoured Kömbe recipe from the Sivas region. It’s very easy to make the kombeyi and it tastes really good. Before I start my recipe

, if you write to me who watched it from where, I will learn from where you watched it for my dear followers . We are preparing the oil that we will use in our recipe first. For this, I melt 250 grams of butter in a pan.

We set the melted butter aside to cool. In order to knead the dough, we add our Milk, which we have kept at room temperature, into the kneading bowl, two and a half glasses of water. The water glass size I used in the recipe is 200 milliliters. I add a glass of oil.

I also add the butter that has passed the temperature. The thing you need to pay attention to at this stage is that your butter should be warm. Otherwise, you can cook your ingredients. After adding the butter, I mix it well with the help of a spatula.

We add a teaspoon of granulated sugar into our dough. I used 2 eggs in the recipe. I set it aside to brush the yolk of one of the eggs. I pour the rest into the mixing bowl. We mix these ingredients well. I used 11 cups of flour in my recipe.

. Your likes and comments are really valuable to me. After kneading a little more, I add some more flour. I add 1 packet of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of salt and take the spatula out of the dough. After this stage, I will continue to knead by hand.

When adding your flour to this dough, add it in a controlled manner. I used exactly 11 cups of flour. I also add the flour slowly in a controlled manner. We will get a very soft dough. While you are kneading your dough, knead the control.

The softness may vary depending on the brand and quality of the flour. I will show you the consistency of the dough in a moment. We have kneaded our dough enough. The consistency of the dough should be exactly like this. I gather the dough again in a kneading bowl.

I turn it upside down and put it back into the kneading bowl. I cover the dough with a clean bag in an airtight manner. We will rest like this for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, he had enough rest. I collect it from the edges with a cutting scale.

I put the dough on parchment paper. I start from the middle and roll out to the edges. When you make it this way, the thickness of your dough is all the same. We have opened our Kömbe enough, we take it on the baking tray and put it inside.

I roll out the dough a little more depending on the size of the tray. We opened the dough according to the size of the tray, here is a resting process again. We will do it, cover it with a clean bag and let it rest for 15 minutes again.

I open it on the rested kombe. We took 1 egg yolk, I put it on it. With the help of a brush, I make it come all over. Now it’s time to shape our kombe. I have such a shaping tool in my hand. You can shape it this way if you want.

Or you can shape it with a fork. In the meantime, we opened our oven to 180 degrees upside down. We’re going to put the kombie we’ve prepared in the hot oven. We cooked our kömbe in a controlled manner for 35 minutes.

We are waiting for the first heat to pass as soon as we take it out. After the first heat of our Kömbe passes, I take it on the cutting board. This Kömbe is in full consistency and in full measure. I will be sharing all the ingredients I used in my recipe
