2 su bardağı ılık süt (400gr)
1 su bardağı su (200gr)
1 paket maya (10gr)
1 tatlı kaşığı şeker (10gr)

The butter that I put on it and the potato in between . Before I start my recipe, if you write me in the comments who watched where, I will learn from where my dear followers are watching. Without making you wait any longer, I’m going to the recipe for this delicious potato flatbread.
Have a nice day everyone. First we will boil our potatoes. I cut 6 potatoes into cubes and added cold water until it was over. After boiling, we bring the bottom of the stove to low heat until the potatoes are cooked.
Our potatoes are cooked enough, we drain them to cool down and set them aside. Meanwhile, we prepare our dough. I add 1 glass of warm water and 2 glasses of warm milk into the kneading bowl. At this stage, make sure that your milk and water are warm.
Otherwise, your yeast will not be activated. I add a teaspoon of sugar and 1 packet of yeast into the kneading bowl. I mix all these ingredients well. While mixing the ingredients, I add half a tea glass of oil. I used 8 cups of flour in this recipe.

After mixing a little more, I add a teaspoon of salt. I add some more flour and take the spatula out of the dough. After this stage, I will now knead by hand. I knead the dough by hand for 4-5 minutes until I get a pulpy dough .

I cover it and wait for it to ferment at room temperature for an hour. We are preparing our potato stuffing. I add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chili pepper, 1 teaspoon of black pepper to the potatoes I have drained
, and I mix the spices and crush the potatoes with the help of a masher. Make sure your potatoes are thoroughly mashed at this stage. I give shape to the inner mortar that I have prepared. I take tangerine-sized pieces and roll them by hand. We will make 9 helibahs.
That’s why I make 9 of our potato stuffing and put them on the tray like this. I set aside the stuffing I prepared. In the meantime, our dough has been sufficiently fermented. First, I deflate the dough with a cutting scale. As I always say, when you make yeast dough,
Make sure to take the air out of the dough. Otherwise, you will feel the taste of yeast. I put some flour on the counter. I take the dough on the counter and collect it here. I also give the shape of a roll. Thus, when we cut, we will cut evenly.
First I cut the dough into 3 parts. Then I divide the sections I cut into three again. We get 9 pieces in total. I take one of the pieces and collect it by hand and then turn it into a meringue. I prepared the meringues and stuffing.
I take it on the counter, starting with the meringue I made first. I open it until it is the size of a dessert plate. After opening all the meringues like this, I put the potato stuffing on them. Starting from the end of our dough, I collect it.
Then I glue this part tightly with my hand. I turn it upside down and put it aside after pressing it a little with my hand. I turn all our dough upside down by giving it this shape. I press it with my hand and set it aside.
We are coming to the last stage about the dough. After sprinkling some flour on the counter, I enlarge it a little with my hand with very light movements. Then, with the help of a rolling pin, I roll it out until it is the size of a serving plate.
At this stage, be careful to open it with light movements. If you want, you can open them and cook them in a pan , or you can shape them and cook them after putting them aside as I did. Do whatever step is easy for you.

We heated the pan we put on the stove nicely. We put our first bazlama on the ceiling. At the end of 2-3 minutes on high heat under our stove, we immediately turn our flatbread upside down. Then we turn the other side over. I grease both sides of the rolled flatbread with butter.
Butter will add flavor to our flatbread. We cook our flatbread by turning it frequently. Do not think that I will cook one side and then turn the other side. When you make it this way, it will cook better. It will be more delicious.
