I used a translator for the subtitles. I apologize for the typos. Have a good time. 🙂 Hello everyone *I’m Merve. Welcome to my channel and video. Thank you so much for being here and accompanying these moments.<3 I love you all so much. I came from shift today. I'm cleaning the hall when a guest is coming tomorrow. It hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I hope I'm not the only one whose motivation to clean up is decreasing during Ramadan. Let's not call it a decrease in motivation. We are mostly busy with worship because this month is important. Now I will quickly clean the hall. It's easy to clean because we don't have too many items. :) Simplicity is good. How are you guys, what are you doing <3 How is your day going? I had a lot of shifts this week, but I was still able to implement all my daily plans before Ramadan. I am happy.* 24 hours a day for all of us; What matters is how efficiently we use this time. For example, right now. If I slept because I left the shift, my day would be spent in sleep, my sleep pattern would be disturbed. But right now, I am cleaning our house and I can say that I do my daily sports because I am on the move. This is really happy.* I close the living room door, I won't let anyone use it until the guests arrive tomorrow. :) :) :) :) I sweep the corridor quickly. I love this dress.<3 Let's evaluate this piece of fabric. I will sew a simple and beautiful cover for my new notebook. You can also sew a laptop bag with the same logic. I will describe it in detail. I cut a piece of base 3 centimeters above the notebook. I'm going to sew the fabric pieces on it. This part is completely up to your productivity. With the piece of fabric I have; I'll be able to do it this way. Now I'm going to sew them side by side. You can add them any way you want. I start by sewing both sides of this fabric. Then I continue by adding the other fabrics in order like this. A great way to evaluate leftover fabrics is patchwork*. Prayer rug, piqué, bedspread, purse, wallet... Anything can be done. These days, I am very interested in patchwork. Let's add a little more beauty to this beauty and quilt it. I'm cutting compressed fiber to the same size as the fabric. Here you can make any quilting pattern you want, small square. parallelogram, or line. The important thing is to have equal intervals. I've drawn it like this now and I'm stitching over the line. Successful.* I cut a zipper suitable for the length and sew it on both sides. I cut the lining for the inside of this fabric. I sew with the front of the lining facing the front of the fabric. I sewed it, now I pass the press stitch right next to the zipper and sew tiny lace on it. I'm going through the zipper end. In this way, I turn it over and sew the open sides. I cut off the excess on the sides and cover it with 2 centimeters of fabric. So that there is no threaded image inside. :) Here it is, it's that simple :* Isn't it beautiful inside and out? I sewed in half an hour. I think sewing is one of the most useful hobbies, I want to sew everything. We have a guest for iftar tomorrow * I'm making the dessert from today. ***İSTANBUL DESSERT*** I start by making the part of the dessert called cream with semolina, sugar and milk. When the semolina is cooked, I take it off the stove and let it cool. I am trying this dessert for the first time. Its preparation and ingredients caught my attention. Let's see how it goes. Yes, you did not see it wrong :) both baking powder and instant yeast are used. 125 grams of butter + 90 milliliters of milk + 5 spoons of oil + eggs. 30 grams of coconut + 2 spoons of semolina + 10 grams of baking powder + 5 grams of instant yeast + 350-400 grams of flour. Orange zest was also going to be added, I forgot. The consistency of the dough. It's like making salty cookies. I make it so that there is a gap in the middle. I'm wondering if anyone among us has made this dessert before. I just saw it. Egg yolk on it. Sesame.:) Since I don't have a piping bag :) I put the semolina mixture in the refrigerator bag. This is how I fill in the middle. The mixture with semolina increased. I should have made half a measure. I prepare the syrup while the dessert is baked at 80 degrees Celsius for the first 10 minutes, then at 180-190 degrees Celsius. Hot in dessert, hot in sherbet. :) 800 milliliters of water + 700 grams of sugar. I boil the syrup for another 7-8 minutes. The image of the dessert <3. Actually, I don't try a new recipe for the guest, but the comments for this recipe were good. I take a risk. :) I want to taste it, but I will wait for the iftar tomorrow. We had our iftar. Right now, I'm starting to make water pastry at 10 pm. This is my first time trying this recipe. 6 eggs + 6 spoons of oil + 6 spoons of water + as much flour + salt as it takes. I'm making a soft dough. I divide the dough into equal parts. 12 pcs. I love dealing with this form of dough. Of course, I also like to roll dough. How are things with you? Do you like shaping the dough? Small kitchen shortage. Therapy of the day. For the inside of the pastry, the cheese I made myself. I have been making cheese at home for a long time. I don't have a larger pot, I'll use that. I melt the butter and add 125 milliliters of oil. Everything was normal until now :) Doughs fell apart. Although I did not comply with the recipe, it was like this. A little disappointment after that. Where do you think I went wrong? I put a few dry phyllo phyllo to absorb the water from the other phyllo. I continue to roll out the dough as if nothing happened. I tried to find the right way by trying different tactics each time. I did not give up easily. But in all of them the dough completely crumbled. Look. There are those among us who make good water pastries. I am open to sharing your suggestions and tricks, thanks in advance. Those who did this without breaking it should be congratulated. Finally the last layer. It tasted good, they were all eaten. But I didn't know if it was called water pastry. It's 01:30 now. When the water pastry was finished, I did some cleaning with my brother. We were very tired, we decided to have a snack and go to bed, thinking that we could not get up for the sahur. My favorite lately is scrambled eggs. So how do you eat at sahur? We usually have breakfast. But as I heard around, there are people who like to eat. What is your sahur menu, what do you usually eat? My mom's fluffy pies are amazing. This is how our sahur table is usually. I was very curious about its interior, I couldn't wait for the morning. Next day. I will read the places I need to read daily. I loved this prayer rug, I'm glad I sewed it. Isn't it just for me? Colorful and flowery* A corner where I breathe and relax <3. I'm starting to prepare the iftar menu. A delicious soup with 2 spoons of ground beef. It's a recipe that I say you must try. Everyone liked it very much. After the ground beef is roasted, onions and peppers. We do little by little. Tomato paste. There is no exact measure of the water, we add it in a controlled manner. I add tarhana close to 1 glass of water and make the sauce. I only use the yolk of the egg. I dilute the sauce with the broth of the soup. I mix it in one direction. Definitely try it. I continue to prepare the menu with a hearty and delicious main course with plenty of vegetables. Lots of onions and peppers :) This dish was appreciated by everyone. I recommend it. lots of mushrooms. It's not true, but I can't use it without washing it, I feel like it's not clean. Lemon to prevent it from getting dark. Now it's time to meet all the ingredients in order. Actually, I prefer portioned main courses to crowded guests. But this is also so delicious and easy so I wanted to make it today. Bottom layer potatoes. While determining today's menu, I paid attention to the ingredients at home. I add lots of spices. Meals are even more delicious in cast iron cookware. grater is one of the kitchen chores I don't like. A large and delicious main course with little ground meat<3. I prepare delicious snacks. Eggplant is always good. I keep the eggplant in salty water so that the bitterness comes out. The other is cold. It is a recipe that even those who do not like broccoli love to eat. I grate carrots, some for broccoli, some for rice. These will be compost, not garbage. While the broccoli is boiling, I also cook the carrots. I add ingredients without measure. A little pickled gherkin. Boiled broccoli. If you do not put mayonnaise in it, it will be healthy and low-calorie. When the ones at home are finished, I will make mayonnaise and other sauces myself at home. Great flavor. I fry the eggplants. In summer, they are our favorite meal with watermelon on the side. I used leftover oil from frying for the tomato sauce. While the tomato sauce is roasting, I boil my potatoes. on parsley. That's ok too. I'm soaking the rice. For the bulgur patties with potatoes, the potatoes were boiled. I made 3 measures and I will give you the recipe for one measure. Combine 3 medium potatoes with half a glass of fine bulgur. Ingredients for one measure.1 onion+4 tablespoons olive oil+1 tablespoon tomato paste+1 tablespoon sweet pepper paste+juice of half a lemon+black pepper+red pepper+parsley+fresh onion. It is more beautiful when there is a lot of greenery in it. Has anyone tried this yet? It's a good alternative to keriner and lentil meatballs. A mixture of rising bulgur + greens + onions. I'll try to give it a different shape. I'm going to cook rice with chicken broth I took out of the freezer. I make it in 2 different pots because the amount is large. ***Carrot, chicken, chickpea rice.*** When I make rice with this method, there are some people who find it strange :). I make it by throwing rice into boiling water. It's called salma rice in Balıkesir :) We like it that way. :) I add boiled chickpeas when they're almost ready. Pilaf is ok. There is some yogurt left, I am making HAYDARI. Mint into hot butter. Yogurt+garlic+dill+olive oil. I'm preparing the tables. I prepared 2 tables here and 2 tables in the living room. I love crowded tables. Don't you think there are more dishes eaten in the crowd? Before I change my clothes, I make my final preparations. Lettuce from our mini garden. I like multi-ingredient salads, but because my mother doesn't like it, I make it plain. Let's add some color before my mother sees it. :) My mother will make the remaining lettuce while I dress. Let's add some flavor to the dates. Walnut + hazelnut + biscuit cream. Coffee is made from date seeds. I will try it instead of throwing it in the trash. Let's see what I prepared. I am sharing it for you to have an idea. Please allow your eyesight. Soup, bulgur meatballs, main course and broccoli salad were delicious. The dough of the dessert was delicious, but the mixture with semolina was not good. I'm just going to make a candy pare shape out of the dough. The rice is already very good, because it is with carrots. I'm waiting for your comments if you try it guys <3 It's all over, I changed my outfit. Nothing was wasted at this table. All of them were eaten with our loved ones. If you've come this far in my video, remember that I'm waiting for you in the comments section below. Let's hug.<3<3<3<3 There is a beautiful bond of love between us. I love you all very much. Thank you very much for watching my video until the end. You can support me by subscribing to my channel and liking this video. It's great to grow together. I will be looking forward to your positive and negative comments about this video so that I can improve myself. See you in the next enjoyable video. Take good care of yourself, bye for now. I love you all very much.
