Honey, garlic roast chicken. Flavorful,
juicy island vibes. Already clean the inside. We just need to wash it now.
Wash the chicken with salt, lime. Now I’m going to mix my spice.
Teaspoon oregano. Teaspoon garlic powder. Teaspoon onion powder. Teaspoon
ginger powder. Tablespoon sweet paprika. 2 tbsp green seasoning, 2 tbsp allpurpose
seasoning, 2 tbsp of unsalted butter. Mix them together. Now I’m going to add all mixed spice
to the chicken. Going to massage your seasoning in the chicken. Make
sure you season inside also. This is how your chicken supposed to look.
Seasoned to perfection underneath the skin also. So, we have the oven preheated
at 375°. We’re going to put it inside the oven for an hour and 45 minutes. Now that the chicken in the oven, we’re going
to make the garlic sauce now. Garlic paste, ketchup, honey, vinegar,
ginger paste, chicken stock. Mix, butter. Going to add the sauce. Now I’m going to allow it to simmer for 15
minutes on low heat. This is how I want my garlic sauce to look. Just like this. It’s an
hour and 40 minutes since the chicken in the oven. Going to take it out, glaze it with the
sauce, and put it back inside for 5 minutes. Back inside the oven. This is how my on garlic roast chicken
look when it finish. Nice and juicy. I’m going to cut one of the wing. Look at that. Falling off the bone. Cooked to perfection. Let me know in the comment section
