2 yemek kaşığı sirke
4,5 su bardağı un 540 gr

Hamuru açmak için:
mısır veya buğday nişastası

Şerbet için
2 su bardağı su 400 ml
2,5 su bardağı toz şeker 450 gr
1 dilim limon

Dolgu için
ceviz 200 gr

Üzeri için yağ:
tereyağı 200 gr
1/2 çay bardağı sıvı yağ 50 ml

Tepsi boyutu: 40 cm
Pişirme süresi: 170 °C fırında, 40 – 45 dakika.
