1 lb. of Ground Beef
1 Onion
4 Tbl. Spns. Of Medium Size Bulgur
1 Egg
1 Tea Spn. of Tomato Paste
1 Tea Spn. of Pepper Paste
1 1/2 Tea Spns. of Salt
1/2 Tea Spn. of Blackpepper
1/4 Tea Spn. of Allspice
1 Tea Spn. of Cumin
1/2 Tea Spn. of Garlic Powder

Rest for cooking;
5 Tbl. Spns. of Oil
1 Chopped Onion
4 Small Peeled & Chopped Carrots
1 Medium Size Potato
1 Tea Spn. of Tomato Paste
1 Lt. of Water

Some flour for the tray (to put the meatballs)

Yogurt Mix;
3 Tbl. Spns. of Yogurt
Half Lemon’s Juice
